To become a user with kewiss, you will need to first download our Rider App and then register with us to get access to use our Platform. Go to the google play store or Apple App store to download the app and sign up.

• Open your app and sign in to Kwiss Ride.
• Tap the ‘where do you want to go’ field. This will open a screen that lets you input your pickup and drop-off location.
• Tap on the ‘destination’ field and input your destination, the app will display a listing of addresses that matches your input, tap the listing that best matches the location based on the location’s address and name.
• Tap on the ‘Ride class’ field and select the preferred class of ride.
• Select the payment option.
• Review the information displayed and ‘confirm’ you can adjust the pin on the map to your exact location.
• Upon confirmation, the app will send your request to the nearest driver to you.
• From your app, you can see when a driver is en route to your pickup location, when he arrives and the wait time.

To fund your wallet via bank transfer, please follow the steps below

• Click on wallet.
• Click on the ”fund wallet” button.
• Enter the amount to you wish to add to your wallet and click the ”fund” button.
• Choose payment method (card or transfer).
• If card, a pop-up menu for card details will display, enter the card details and proceed.
• If transfer, an account number is presented to the user to make a transfer to the account, the wallet will be funded if the process is successful.

Unfortunately, users cannot transfer funds out from a wallet as this feature is currently not available on the app.

If you're injured in an accident while riding in Kewiss, you may be eligible to file a personal injury claim. Immediately notify the police and paramedics if necessary and let us know about the situation via the app.
